Valentine's Day

Love is the best thing in the world, and it should be celebrated and honored in every way possible. We provide the food, drink, service and music and you come here with your best person, or persons, in life and celebrate each other. During dinner you will listen to piano music, where there will of course be a whole bunch of love ballads.

Three courses - 550 kr/person

Roasted scallops
with Jerusalem artichoke puree, smoked pork belly & dill oil

Pikeperch fillet
with seafood bisque, potato roll with shrimp, smoked onions & watercress

Whipped raspberry panna cotta
chocolate cream on Valrhona chocolate, dipped raspberries & meringues

Shellfish platform

Served at the table - 795 SEK/person

We serve 2 oysters, ½ lobster, 2 crayfish and 2 crab claws per person as well as free refills of natural shrimp, smoked shrimp, smoked green mussels, Västerbotten pie, bread and sauces.

The seafood platter must be pre-booked by February 11
