New Year's menu

Pre-order by December 27th. From 2 people and up.

Starter:
Seafood soup served with a bundle filled with crayfish and lobster, dill-pickled cucumber, and seafood aioli.

Main course:
Overnight-baked ox cheek served with potato cake flavored with Gruyère cheese, truffle emulsion, port wine sauce, and confit porcini mushrooms and salt-baked celery.

Dessert:
Chocolate variation on vahlrona with passion fruit, molded milk chocolate, dark chocolate cake, dried chocolate mousse, passion fruit curd, and passion fruit sauce

We are unable to accommodate allergies on this menu. All dishes contain milk. The dessert also contains eggs and gluten.
