News from Fangst:
Now we have received a whole bunch of nice products from the Danish producer Fangst, which produces processed fish products for a Scandinavian tapas. Above all, they produce sprat to be consumed by us humans, which today is not done to a very large extent and that makes this product both unique and very environmentally friendly. Blue mussels, Faroese salmon, cockles, rainbow trout, smoked cod liver and herring are also available in our range.
Combine the goodies from Fangst with a nice crisp, a good spread and some toppings. Perhaps a Brisling No. 1 on a spelt stick with beetroot cream and pickled fennel or a Faroese salmon No. 2 on a rye bread chip with mushroom mayonnaise and pickled red onion? A perfect snack for your home tapas. What's more, our products are cheaper than those imported from France and Spain, and we also keep a lower price on Fangst products than many others.
