When to put it in yourself:
It's almost time to put in this year's Christmas herrings. If you want to put in from fresh herring fillet, it is in perfect size and just right fat until week 49/50. We have herring in our counters Tuesdays-Fridays every week, if you want to see the current list of our range of fresh fish, you can click here ->
If you want to put your herring on salted herring, we have just received delivery and replenished in our store. Whole fillets in a bucket (drained weight 1 kg) cost SEK 125.
In our counters you will also find a variety of ready-made herring pickles, of course home-made in our kitchen. By the weekend of week 47, many new varieties will be available and maybe you already want to find your new favorite for the Christmas table?
