What we can deliver
From a single platter to the whole party. We cook in our own kitchen and smoke the fish ourselves — then we drive it out across Skåne, or lay the table here.

A wedding is a long day and the food has to carry all of it. We build the menu with you — finger food for the reception, a buffet or a plated menu in the evening — and take every allergy and special diet into account.

Those days happen once. We take care of the food so you can be at the party instead of in the kitchen. Sandwich cakes and platters for the afternoon, a party buffet for the graduate — and an honest estimate of how much actually gets eaten.

Memorials
Nobody should have to plan a memorial. Call us and we will suggest something quiet and good — a sandwich cake, a landgång or a simple buffet — and handle the rest ourselves.

Two ways of solving the same party. One asks nothing of you on the day; the other gives you a proper dinner.

Everything is finished when you collect it, or when we deliver. Platters, sandwich cakes, smørrebrød and salads keep chilled until the guests arrive — no oven, no timing, nothing that has to be served to the minute.
