Cookies
We use no third-party cookies and no ad tracking. Here is exactly what gets stored in your browser — and how to change your mind.
Last updated 6 September 2026
The short version
- No ad cookies, no Facebook pixel, no Google Analytics.
- What is always stored is what the site cannot work without — your basket and your answer to the cookie question.
- Our own visitor statistics only start if you say yes, and they are anonymous.
Necessary — always stored
These are needed for the website to work. They contain nothing about who you are, and cannot be switched off — without them the site loses your basket and asks about cookies on every page.
- rokeriet.cart.v1
- The basket — what you put in it. Stays until you empty it or submit the order.
- rokeriet.cookie-consent.v1
- Your answer to the cookie question, so we do not have to ask again. Kept until you change it or clear your browser.
- rokeriet.chat.session
- A random id that keeps the chat questions and answers together during your visit. Disappears when you close the tab.
- rokeriet.sprakrad
- Your answer to the one-time question "Read this page in English/German?", asked when your browser is set to a different language than the page. Kept for a year so we do not ask again. Holds only yes or no.
- authjs.session-token
- The staff login for the admin area. Set only if you log in as staff, and valid for 30 days. An ordinary visitor never gets it.
Strictly speaking the first three are not cookies — they live in the browser storage and never travel with a request to the server. We list them anyway, because from where you sit it is the same thing: something is stored in your browser.
Visitor statistics — only if you say yes
We count page views to see what gets used and what nobody finds. The statistics are built so they cannot single you out, and they do not run at all until you approve them.
- rokeriet_session
- A random id so that three page views in one visit count as one visit and not three. Lives in session storage and disappears when you close the tab.
- What gets sent
- The page address, the domain you came from, and whether the screen is phone-, tablet- or desktop-sized.
- What is not sent
- No IP address, no name, no cookie, nothing that follows you to the next website.
Third-party cookies
We have none. We do not embed Facebook, Instagram or YouTube in the pages — we link to them instead, precisely to avoid their tracking. If you click such a link, their rules apply, not ours.
Table booking runs at Caspeco and opens in a new window. Caspeco’s own cookies and terms apply there.
Change your mind
Click Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. The box comes back and you can choose again. If you say no to statistics, collection stops immediately — no need to reload the page.
You can also clear site data in your browser. That removes both your choice and your basket, and we will ask again next time you visit.
