Autumn is here and with it comes all the good things, but best of all is surely the goose! Prepared slowly at low temperature, it simply melts in your mouth. Of course, the ingredients are Swedish, as always with us.

Piano music by Robin Eriksson He is not only one of two co-owners of Rökeriet, he has also been active as a musician on and off for many years. During his upper secondary school years he took part in Jesus Christ Superstar and Peter Pan at Kristianstad Teater, but nowadays he mostly plays the grand piano at the restaurant when the mood strikes, or when we have events that suit a bit of piano music. This spring he has played during quiz nights, asparagus evenings and a fashion show. Over the years he has worked various temporary and stand-in positions in different parishes in and around Kristianstad, and is sometimes hired to accompany soloists at christenings, weddings, memorial gatherings and other occasions.
