Christmas Smorgasbord & Piano Music

Of course our Christmas buffet features plenty from the sea, both fish and shellfish. On the more classic side, there will be Christmas hams, homemade herring dishes, locally produced sausages, the house's own meatballs, homemade porridge and lots of other treats that belong to Christmas. And of course we also bake our own sweets and cakes.

The first seating starts at 18.00 and the second seating at 19.00. You are welcome to stay as long as you like; we separate the times so that it becomes a more pleasant experience without crowding.

While the Christmas buffet is being served, we are unfortunately unable to offer the bistro menu, either for table service or take-away.

Piano music by Robin Eriksson every evening (except 4/12) He is not only one of the two co-owners of Rökeriet, he has also been active as a musician on and off for many years. During his high school years he took part in Jesus Christ Superstar and Peter Pan at Kristianstad Theatre, but nowadays he mostly plays the grand piano in the restaurant whenever the mood strikes, or when we have events that suit a bit of piano music. This spring he has played during quiz nights, an asparagus evening and a fashion show. Over the years he has worked various temporary and stand-in positions in different congregations in and around Kristianstad, and is sometimes hired to accompany soloists at christenings, weddings, memorial services and other occasions.
