Christmas Smorgasbord & Piano Music

Of course our Christmas buffet features plenty from the sea, both fish and shellfish. On the more classic side there will be Christmas hams, homemade herring, locally produced sausages, our own meatballs, home-cooked porridge and lots of other treats that belong to Christmas. Naturally, we also bake our own sweets and cakes in-house.

The first seating starts at 6:00 pm and the second seating at 7:00 pm. You are welcome to stay as long as you like; we separate the times to make for a more pleasant experience without crowding.

During the hours the Christmas buffet is served, we are unfortunately not able to offer the bistro menu, either for table service or take-away.

Piano music by Robin Eriksson every evening (except 4/12) He is not only one of the two co-owners of Rökeriet, but has also been active as a musician on and off for many years. During his high school years he took part in Jesus Christ Superstar and Peter Pan at Kristianstad Theatre, but nowadays he mostly plays the grand piano in the restaurant when the mood strikes, or when we have events that suit some piano music well. This spring it has been played during quiz nights, asparagus evenings and a fashion show. Over the years he has worked various temporary and stand-in positions in parishes in and around Kristianstad, and is often hired to accompany soloists at christenings, weddings, memorial gatherings and other occasions.
