Right now in the smokehouse...

Here at the weekend production is always at its most intense, and right now we're smoking Arctic char, salmon and shrimp. We also have freshly smoked eel in the shop, and that's not always easy to get hold of. Freshly baked pies, our popular Skagen prawn salad and freshly baked Danish rye breads will be jostling for space with all the other delicacies - and it'll be especially crowded since Andreas has kept the fish counter fully stocked all week.
