We always stock a fine selection of products from the Danish producer Fangst, who creates refined fish products perfect for Scandinavian tapas.

Fangst specializes in sprats for human consumption, which is rarely done today — making the product both unique and very environmentally friendly. We also stock blue mussels, Faroese salmon, heart cockles, rainbow trout, smoked cod liver and regular herring.

Feel free to pair these delicacies with fine crackers, a good spread and some topping. Perhaps a Brisling No. 1 on a spelt stick with beetroot cream and pickled fennel, or a Faroese salmon No. 2 on a rye bread chip with mushroom mayonnaise and pickled red onion? Perfect bites for your home tapas.
