For those who want something extra special for dinner, we've stocked our freezer with carefully selected game meat from Trolle Ljungby. We also almost always have what we consider to be the absolute best ground veal at home, of course from Guldkalven in Ripa.
Last but not least: You've asked for it, and now it's here! The cheese counter is finally stocked with the immensely popular Havarti cheese Gammel Knasen. It has a wonderfully balanced sweetness and acidity with crispy protein crystals. We've also got it in a completely magical soft cheese variant.
