New in the shop
A good deal of new stock has started arriving — delicatessen, game, veal mince and a well-filled cheese counter. Keep an eye out over the coming weeks.

Take a look at our range. A whole batch of new products has started arriving, and over the coming weeks a good deal more will reach the shelves. Keep an eye out.
We work with many different suppliers, from small local producers to larger wholesalers, so that we can offer a serious range of delicatessen. Everything from crispbread, preserves and ketchup to squid ink, lobster mousse and, not least, the whole of Fangst's remarkable range of quality tinned fish. The freezer counter also holds a carefully chosen selection of game from Trolle Ljungby, and we almost always have what we consider the best veal mince, from Guldkalven in Ripa.
The cheese counter has been restocked with the immensely popular Gammel Knasen — you have been asking for it. It also comes in a wonderful soft-cheese version which, together with our home-baked Danish rye bread, takes breakfast or a mid-morning snack to another level. We have also brought in Henrykt, a richly full hard cheese with notes of honey and butterscotch, and Taleggio, the marvellous Italian washed-rind alpine cheese that is surely a must on a good cheeseboard.
We also carry a good selection of Swedish cheeses: Almnäs Tegel, Alva Laqtique from Vita geten (even if it is made from cow's milk …), Pigan Vitmögel and Blåstjärna from Soldattorpet, and one more newcomer — Skottorps Alpost from the Swedish alps (Hallandsåsen), made entirely by hand by cheesemaker Emil using old techniques. Here the eyes and the nose decide, not the clock. The cheese is made in open vats, as it once was, rather than in closed tanks.
More cheese news is coming shortly.
