Arctic char took Swedish Championship silver

In week 41 Robin and Linnea travelled up to Skellefteå to take part in the Swedish Championship in artisan food, organised by Eldrimner, our national resource centre for artisan food production. Together with some 200 other producers entering more than 600 products, we had a few wonderful days in northern Sweden with seminars, industry meetings and, not least, the championship itself — where our hot-smoked arctic char took a silver medal.

We have landed back in Skåne, and you will of course find char in the fish counter in our shop. Next year the championship comes to Kristianstad.
